To access certain features of Pressmub, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Press Release Submission

Pressmub provides a platform for submitting press releases. By submitting a press release, you represent and warrant that you have the right to distribute the content and that it complies with our guidelines. Pressmub reserves the right to reject or remove any press release that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Press Release Terms

You need to pay attention and consider the below terms when you want to release a press on our platform.

3.1 Fees and Payments

3.1.1 For the publisher

Some features of Pressmub such as distribution, link insertion, logo placement, press documents etc. may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our paid services. Payments are processed securely, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes

3.2 Distribution

3.2.1 Distribution is our ongoing coming soon service, whenever we launch Pressmub may charge for providing you the distributing services.

3.3 Prohibited

3.3.1 Categories‘

Prohibited Category means the content / news / fact / product you are going to publish on our platform must not meet any of these categories:

• • political and controversial matters
  • faith, religion and equivalent systems of belief
  • homeworking schemes
  • Instructional courses
  • adult entertainment
  • ponzi schemes
  • Loans/investment advise

3.3.2 Industries

Prohibited Industry means each of the following business area:

• • assault weapons or firearms manufacturing
  • payday lending, title lending, or predatory lending
  • pawn shops
  • pornography or adult entertainment
  • illegal or internet gaming (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, hospitality and/or resorts development or management thereof) or internet cafes
  • the sale or cultivation of marijuana
  • private prisons
  • embassies and foreign consulates
  • political campaigns, committees or candidates
  • porn/adult
  • gambling/betting
  • casinos
  • cbd
  • alcohol

3.3.3 Crypto category & industry

We allowed crypto industry but we may charge additional fees for this niche.

3.4 Free Terms

3.4.3 – Remember that, we only allow one (1) single press to be published for every organization on our platform for ‘free’. For multiple release for a single organization we may asked you additional charge. 

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the press releases and content you submit to Pressmub. By submitting content, you grant Pressmub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfering with the operation of Pressmub or other users’ enjoyment of our services

7. Changes to Terms

Pressmub may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of Pressmub after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pressmub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
